How does shipping work?

Orders with a value of over $1,000 require Next Day Air or Second Day shipping. Your order will ship from the date of completion, not the date of the order.

What timeframe can I expect my order to be shipped?

Custom and Personalized Jewelry

Once you've uploaded an image of your brand and made the purchase, you will receive a CAD design via e-mail for your approval within 5 business days. Once your final approval is received, please allow 4 weeks for processing and shipping. 

Non-custom and Personalized Jewelry

We do keep inventory on select items but many of our pieces are made-to-order. Please allow up to 5 weeks from the time of order for delivery. Your order will be shipped upon completion, rather than the day it was placed.
