We provide personalized appointments to ensure you receive the attention and care you deserve. Whether you're looking for the perfect family heirloom design, an engagement ring, a jewelry styling session, or simply wish to explore our collection, we are here to guide you every step of the way!
How it works
Select your favorite from our "Shop All" brand jewelry page. Each product page will require you to upload a file with your brand or logo, in order to place your design deposit.
Within 5 business days, you will receive a rendering of your design for your approval via e-mail. Once this is approved, we will be able to share a final invoice.
*On each product page, there is an expected price range for reference.
Following design approval, your custom piece is handcrafted by our team of experts and delivered to your door with a lead time of 4-5 weeks.
*Not all styles require a deposit (only items that note “deposit only” in the title). Average price ranges for each style is noted in the product description.
These items are made to order and are not returnable. Review the product detail pages for examples of previously designed finished products of each style.
Once your design is approved, we will send you an invoice with your final balance & get to work on your custom piece. Expect a lead time of 4-5 weeks following approval and final payment.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We do custom orders from scratch all the time! If you have an idea that you don't see available, conact us or schedule a virtual appointment - we're happy to help!
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
